Annual General Meeting January 26th

The 2021 AGM is scheduled for Tuesday, January 26th at 7pm via Zoom.  The notice for the meeting was emailed to all shareholders on Friday, January 15th.  Included in the email is a link to register for the Zoom meeting.  If you cannot locate the email, please contact the General Office.  

2021 Membership Fees

  1. The online "2021 Membership Information Form" is now live in the member's section of this website.  Please log in and then find the form under the Member Central tab.
  2. The form is to be completed by all shareholders by January 20, 2021.
  3. Based on the membership information you submit, your corresponding fees will be charged to your membership account by the end of January.
  4. Your membership account balance can be viewed under the "Member Central" tab on the My Club Account page.  Your 2021 fee charges will be viewable on your account in early February.
  5. Fees are due in the office on February 28, 2021 to avoid the 2% per month interest fees.
  6. Acceptable methods of payment: online banking bill payment; or debit, cheque or cash in the General Office.


Board of Directors Election results

A record 299 shareholders submitted ballots for the 2020 Board of Directors Election.  The three shareholders voted to the Board each for three year terms are Diane Boulton, Darrell Laidlaw and Kelly Shigehiro.  
Thank you to all shareholders who voted.

Men's Golf Committee election results

A total of 142 votes were received for electing members to the Men's Golf Committee.  The two members who were elected to three year terms were Sandy McKay and Ken Kerkhoff who just completed a one year term.  Congratulations to these two for being elected to the committee and thank you to the other quality candidates who were running for election.  The Men's Golf Committee will be convening in February.

It's easier and more affordable than you might think to become a member of the only Alberta private golf club south of Priddis.  The Club's General Office can provide all information on the process of becoming a shareholder at Southern Alberta's premiere private golf facility including a list of those shareholders who are interested in selling their membership.  A limited number of one year (Affiliate) memberships are also available.
