The Club's Food and Beverage Management Team - Clubhouse Manager Keirstin Smith and new Head Chef Brad Brown - and their staff are excited to host you for an enjoyable dining experience in our Clubhouse, on the spacious deck, or on the Gallery patio.
The new menu promises to offer tasty options for all, whether you are desiring breakfast, lunch, dinner, or post-game snacks with your golf buddies. Keirstin has developed an expanded beverage menu to further enhance your visit. The friendly staff is eager to serve you, so please visit soon.

2023 Summer Menus
The 1913 Room will be open for more formal dining on Wednesday through Saturday evenings May through August. Reservations are recommended and preferred; contact [email protected] or in person.
Catering
If you are searching for that unparalleled atmosphere for your special celebration, wedding, corporate meeting or Christmas Party, then please check out our extensive options in our Banquet Package. We can cater for groups of 20 up to 150 and provide you with exceptional food, drink and service in our beautiful river valley setting.

Snack Shack Service
The Lethbridge CC snack shack offers a wide variety of beverage, snack, and meal options daily including: breakfast options; bbq options at peak lunch times; and orders from the clubhouse for dining on the Gallery or when you are plying through from the 9th hole.
The snack shack will open 30 minutes prior to the first tee time of the day until one hour after the final tee time.
We will be running a 6 pack promotion all season, so that when the beverage cart is not in operation, golfers can stock up in the snack shack.
Beverage Cart Service
Shoulder seasons (April, September, October): Fridays and weekends weather dependent (the cart will not run during cold or incelment weather).
Peak season (May though August): Daily service typically from 11am to 7pm.
